Living in Exton for more then 20 years, Sue has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the area and is always happy to try and accommodate visitors to our wonderful village, be it for a walker passing through, or for longer term guests who may be visiting the area.
Ideal for walkers, cyclists and visitors to this area of outstanding natural beauty, within the South Downs National Park, Crossways B&B is a brand new build and offers a combined kitchen/diner, downstairs, with a large entrance hall for muddy boot, rucksacks and outdoor wear stowage
The bedroom is on the first floor and can be configured as a large ‘super king’ bed or two singles and a further single bed can be added, cots are available for babies.
The bedroom also has a spacious seating area and is equipped with a satellite TV and free wi-fi.
The bathroom is also on first floor, equipped with a shower.
Crossways in a non-smoking and vaping property.
A fully stocked kitchen awaits the traveller, which includes all the essentials to make yourself a “Full English” breakfast, plus a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, breads & preserves, juices, tea and coffee.
You are welcome to make yourselves a packed lunch, as you leave and use as much of the produce as you wish
For the weary walker, a warm welcome awaits, with a tea tray upon arrival and for those staying more than one night an extra treat may be in store.
